Project Leadership Opportunity

Are you a strategic project manager seeking a challenging role that leverages your expertise? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex implementation projects.

  • Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation to delivery, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, steering project discussions and managing expectations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive project tracker, proactively escalating issues to leadership when necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/team handling role.
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple, high-impact technical projects on time, while mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong team handling skills, with a focus on collaborative teamwork and professional growth.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly valued.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning among team members.
  • Monitor project performance, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement and achieve project milestones.
