MEP Project Coordinator Job Description

The MEP Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Optimize MEP Drawings
  • Provide value engineering inputs, benchmark service standards, and analyze performance metrics to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Support cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation for MEP scope.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and enforce quality standards to guarantee excellence.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives, promote eco-friendly practices, and implement energy-efficient solutions.
  • Prepare MIS reports, certify bills, manage MEP budgets, and optimize financial performance.
  • Install and commission high-end equipment proficiently, ensuring timely completion and optimal functionality.

Ideal qualifications include a university degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management, along with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior management position. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
