Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon timeline, scope, and standards. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
  • Set project timeline and milestones
  • Monitor project deliverables and progress
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project status
  • Counsel and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project
  • Lead and manage all MEP activities across projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, ELV systems)
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus
