Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our organization.

This is a senior role that requires exceptional leadership and project management skills. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for stakeholders and will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and task assignments.
  • Coordinate and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform project decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or construction management.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a related industry.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Show a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Passionately promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
