Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to closure.

  • HES & MDM Product Development: You will work closely with the product development team to ensure timely delivery of HES & MDM products across various business cases.
  • Business Process Solution & Workflow Preparation: You will assist in preparing business process solutions and workflow documents to support project execution.
  • Meter Data Integration: You will oversee the integration of meter data from HES to MDM, MDM to Billing System, MDM to Prepaid System, MDM to CRM, and MDM to Device Management.
  • Design Document Analysis: You will analyze design documents to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: You will troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues affecting HES & MDM performance.
  • Smart Meter & AMR Technology: You will have hands-on experience with smart meters, AMR technology, and RF/GSM/GPRS, 3G/4G communication technologies.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the admin team in setting up data entry systems at customer premises.
  • Project Planning & Execution: You will assist in planning and executing projects, including vendor finalization, contractor training, and installer training.
  • End-to-End Customer System Testing: You will conduct end-to-end testing of HES & MDM systems, prepaid engines, and other business processes.
  • Training & UATs: You will deliver project trainings and User Acceptance Tests (UATs) to customers on HES, MDM, integration, configuration, prepaid systems, and more.
  • Data Monitoring & Analysis: You will monitor and analyze day-to-day data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Validation & Testing: You will validate and test meter data and applications using HES & MDM platforms.
  • Application Development: You will develop and maintain Consumer Survey Applications and Meter Installation Applications.
  • Billing Data Integration: You will implement billing data integration with utilities billing systems for prepaid and postpaid services.
  • Technical Solutions: You will prepare proposed technical solutions, technical documents, and product presentations for AMI and non-AMI energy meters.
  • Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with the team to maintain a continuous stream of information regarding product and project status and progress.
  • SLA Maintenance: You will maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by coordinating with the field team to address complaints and ensure accurate readings.
