Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to extract and interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
  • Identify process improvement areas to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced MS-Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization).
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in business analysis, market research, or related roles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent English communication (verbal & written), strong analytical thinking, and ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Certifications: CBAP, Data Analytics, MS-Excel, or Power BI certifications are a plus.
