**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Marketing Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs that align with our brand and effectively engage our target audience across digital and print platforms. Additionally, you will assist with website updates on Wix and contribute to market research efforts, staying informed on trends in the international education industry to support strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design on Canva**: Create creative, on-brand visuals using Canva for various platforms, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, marketing collateral, and more.
- **Website Management**: Assist with basic website design and updates on Wix, maintaining brand consistency and enhancing the online user experience.
- **Marketing Trends Research**: Conduct research on trends and strategies in the international education industry, providing insights to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Content Ideation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas for campaigns targeting diverse audiences.
- **Performance Tracking**: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, generating reports to measure the effectiveness of visual content and strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members across departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design and marketing solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in Canva, basic Wix website design.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Canva; basic knowledge of Wix.
- **Design Expertise**: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and user-centered design principles.
- **Research Skills**: Ability to conduct in-depth research on industry trends and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
- **Creativity & Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional creativity combined with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving designs.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
