We are is seeking a motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both business development and marketing, contributing to the successful launch and growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**:
Business Development:

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and target markets.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers, vendors, and potential business partners.
- Assist in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Help in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential strategic alliances, collaborations, and joint ventures.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's reach and establish connections.

Marketing:

- Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Help maintain the FreshMojo website, ensuring that content is up to date and optimized for search engines.
- Assist in the development and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Support the planning and execution of events and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for the meal kit delivery industry and a willingness to learn and contribute to the company's success.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
