We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the growth of our online career coaching programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Social Media Management**:

- Design, draft, and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms.
- Write compelling hooks and captions to capture the audience's attention.
- Edit videos using CapCut or similar video editing software; create graphics using Canva.
- Conduct research to support SEO-friendly content creation.

**Digital Advertising**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google ad campaigns.
- Analyze ad performance, interpret results, and adjust strategies for better ROI.
- Prepare and present detailed ad performance reports.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Engage with communities on LinkedIn, Handshake, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and audience feedback for continuous improvement.

**Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and manage appointments, webinars, and meetings.
- Organize and maintain databases for subscribers, course participants, and leads.

**Market Research & Reporting**:

- Conduct thorough market research on competitors and job market trends.
- Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities.

**Outreach & Networking**:

- Research potential partners, sponsors, or guest speakers.
- Assist in outreach efforts to promote courses and events.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ad management and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut (or similar video editing software)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

**Key Skills**
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

**Working Hours**: The role follows a schedule of **8 AM to 5 PM EST/DST** ensuring seamless collaboration with our U.S.based team. This structured workday promotes effective communication and maximizes productivity, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to dynamic, impactful projects.
