**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assisting in Campaign Development**:

- Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital and offline campaigns.
- Contribute ideas for content, promotions, and events to enhance outreach efforts.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create and curate content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other platforms.
- Schedule posts and monitor engagement metrics to assess content performance.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports for the team.
- **Social Media and Digital Marketing**:

- Help manage company social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Optimize posts and campaigns to align with SEO and branding guidelines.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other departments for marketing projects.
- Assist in organizing marketing materials and maintaining databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in managing personal or academic projects related to marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp).
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
