Classlix Classes, a leading provider of online educational resources, is seeking a Marketing Assistant specialized in lead generation to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment by implementing targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our company while gaining valuable experience in digital marketing and lead generation techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation Strategy**: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract prospective students and increase enrollment numbers.
- **Audience Targeting**: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach specific demographics and personas interested in educational courses and programs offered by Classlix Classes.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, ebooks, webinars, and landing pages, aimed at capturing leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, using key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost per lead, to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospective students.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and product development, to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and strategies, including inbound marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
