We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Customer Care Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat and email support, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat and email (non-voice process).
  • Provide accurate and prompt responses to customer concerns.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Typing speed of at least 35–40 WPM with accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in non-voice customer support will be an added advantage.
