We are looking for a female Telecaller & Office Administrator with excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling activities, managing office administration, and supporting sales operations by following up on leads and assisting in sales closure.

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Explain products/services, handle customer queries, and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and sales closures.
  • Manage front office and handle routine administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records related to sales and office activities.
  • Provide customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support preferred.

Salary: 7k to 10k

Working Hours: 9 to 5

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹22,966.03 per month
