Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to handle daily administrative operations in our company. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain accurate office records.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure office efficiency.
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Greet and direct visitors to the concerned department or staff.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist HR and Accounts departments with basic administrative support.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Supervise office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Prepare reports, letters, and other required documents.
Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the office environment.
Support in organizing company events and activities.
Maintain stock of office and housekeeping supplies.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Office Administration
Experience: 0–1years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
Language: English , Malayalam , Hindi (preferred).
Good organizational and communication skills
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
