Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, securing new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing skills, including experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving results
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
- Proficient in relevant software applications and CRM systems
