Role Overview
- We're looking for a dynamic Client Manager who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering value through smart, consultative selling. You'll be the face of NoBroker Interiors, guiding clients through our modular furniture and décor offerings, and ensuring seamless execution from pitch to closure.

Key Responsibilities 

Educate clients on NoBroker's interior solutions, including modular furniture, décor, and end-to-end execution services.

 Build trust through in-person meetings and site visits, acting as the primary relationship owner.

 Drive qualified leads to closure through compelling presentations, quote discussions, and follow-ups.

 Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities.

 Collaborate with pre-sales and project teams to ensure smooth lead lifecycle management.

 Prepare high-quality proposals, booking documents, and executive-level reports.

 Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

� � Qualifications  Bachelor's or Master's degree  1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably in interiors, furniture, or real estate)

 Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas � � What We're Looking For  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills  Proactive attitude with a passion for selling and customer engagement  Ability to travel frequently within the city for meetings and site visits  Proficiency in Excel and documentation  Professionalism, sincerity, and a consultative mindset
