Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Area Sales Manager (Individual Work) is based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to promote the company's diagnostic services. The role will also require tracking sales performance, understanding market trends, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of diagnostic services, medical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently within the specified area while achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and market development activities.
