Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Support Intern to assist our marketing team in data validation, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp outreach, and other operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel, and eager to learn B2B marketing tools and processes quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Validation: Verify, clean, and update customer and prospect databases to ensure accuracy.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Send personalized connection requests, follow up with leads, and maintain communication logs.
  • WhatsApp Outreach: Initiate and respond to outreach messages as per guidelines, while tracking engagement.
  • Support the marketing team in campaign execution, lead management, and basic report preparation.
  • Assist in learning and using various B2B marketing tools (CRM, email automation, analytics dashboards).
  • Maintain organized records and provide weekly status updates.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new B2B marketing tools and platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and WhatsApp for professional communication is a plus.
