Position Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting the organization's growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new hires.
  • Ensure proper documentation and creation of employee records.
  • Facilitate smooth integration of employees into the company culture.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing and processing payroll data.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

4. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
  • Track and follow up on performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in employee development and training initiatives.

5. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Act as a point of contact for grievance redressal.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee well-being.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
