Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Support performance management activities such as goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Organize training programs and employee engagement activities to promote professional growth and team spirit.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with labor laws.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
  • Support management in implementing new HR initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
  • Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
