Roles & Responsibility
- Manage a team of Relationship Officers to drive field sales for Kotak 811 savings accounts.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team targets through effective leadership and performance tracking.
- Guide and mentor team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer interactions to support team efforts.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance results.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and documentation processes.
- Promote cross-selling of Kotak 811 digital banking products to maximize customer value.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal process guidelines.
- Drive business growth through direct customer acquisition and strategic field engagement.
- Support Kotak's digital banking strategy by expanding product reach and market coverage.
- Involve in planning and performance monitoring to ensure consistent delivery of sales objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
- 3-6 years of experience in a team-handling role within the BFSI sector.
- Experience in fintech or digital banking preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Proven field sales experience in banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of digital banking products and customer acquisition strategies.
- Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Familiarity with compliance and KYC norms.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools.
