Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Patna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. This role involves daily interaction with clients, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development, customer acquisition, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of MSME lending, 2-wheeler financing, and Green Energy loans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in the finance industry is a plus
