Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead hotel sales initiatives. The role involves developing strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and event management companies, handling group bookings, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event management companies.
- Drive group bookings and long-stay contracts to maximize revenue.
- Support and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and corporate outreach.
- Plan and execute corporate tie-ups, promotional events, and sales campaigns.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and agreements with B2B and B2C clients.
- Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis for management.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong network with travel agents, corporates, and event planners in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking, and promotional activities.
