- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and counseling employees on policies and benefits.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and ensuring accurate and confidential information.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Employee Development: Administering performance management systems and developing employee engagement activities.
- Data & Reporting: Preparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, and providing data for decision-making.
- PF and ESIC: Manage ESIC registration for eligible employees. Assist with PF registration for new and eligible employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
