Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete center operations including administration, sales, service delivery, and customer experience.
  • Manage and lead center staff, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and motivation.
  • Drive admissions / sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement local marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, parents/clients, and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations or grievances effectively.
  • Monitor center performance, MIS reports, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with head office / senior management for reporting and operational support.
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive work culture at the center.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Center Head, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience in education, training, fitness, healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
