Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Head. The position is based in Surat, with the flexibility to perform some work remotely. The Branch Head will oversee the overall branch operations, manage a team, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, managing branch financials, strategizing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in retail banking, credit assessment, and financial operations
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and a focus on exceeding customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the housing finance industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in affordable housing finance or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
