About the Role:

This role focuses on managing and supporting telecommunications operations and order management processes. The position ensures high performance, reliability, and security across voice/video networks while supporting order-to-cash (OTC) and related business operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Apply service management discipline to minimize business impact and maintain operational continuity.
  • Perform telecommunications operations, installation, and maintenance for local and remote sites.
  • Design, configure, deploy, test, and troubleshoot telecommunication voice and video systems to ensure a secure and high-performing environment.
  • Document and maintain global/ITIL standards, specifications, and process documentation.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain vendor and customer relationships, ensuring service quality and alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare cost estimates and assist in planning and budgeting for telecom-related initiatives.
  • Provide technical consultation on policies, procedures, and methodologies.
  • May lead network convergence or short-term implementation projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and implement telecommunication systems and upgrades.
  • Offer technical assistance in evaluating and improving voice, data, or video systems.
  • Monitor project progress, review work-in-progress, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain operating manuals and progress reports.
  • Ensure all installed systems function effectively and guide junior team members as needed.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, aligning with business needs and SLAs.
  • Analyze telecom equipment diagnostics and recommend improvements or solutions.

Preferred Background:

  • Strong experience in STS Order Management or Order-to-Cash (OTC) domain.
  • Previous support experience in similar telecommunications or network operations roles.
