We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Associate & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.

This role combines backend coordination (order tracking, logistics, vendor follow-ups) with front-end communication (customer service and issue resolution). You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, happy customers, and timely updates across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Process incoming orders accurately through the system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track orders from placement to delivery and proactively address delays or exceptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of order status, inventory updates, and returns.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on order flow, fulfillment rates, and bottlenecks.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage complaints, returns, or exchange requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until closure.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the operations and product teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Commerce, Business, or related fields).
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Proficient with MS Excel / Google Sheets, CRM or ERP tools, and email management.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
