Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in IT hiring and experience in non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have successfully closed positions in Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations, demonstrating flexibility to work on various roles as per our business needs.
IT Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Candidate Evaluation:
- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
Client Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Offer insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling various types of positions as per business needs.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to meet changing requirements and priorities.
Work Environment:
- Comfortable working 3-4 days from the office each week.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders in an office setting.
