Executive Assistant (Global Support – US, UK & Europe)


Locations:
Mumbai | Pune


Work Model:
Hybrid (1 week office / 3 weeks remote – subject to business needs)


Shift Timing:
US Shift (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support senior management based across the US, UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and experience working in a global or virtual support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end executive support including
    calendar, travel, and expense management
    .
  • Coordinate
    meetings, client calls, and stakeholder communication
    across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare
    presentations, reports, and MIS dashboards
    as required.
  • Handle
    confidential correspondence and documentation
    with discretion.
  • Manage
    daily priorities and task scheduling
    to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
    administrative and operational support
    .

Requirements:

  • Graduate
    with 7+ years of experience as an
    Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant
    .
  • Proven experience supporting
    C-level or senior management
    (international exposure preferred).
  • Strong command of
    English communication (verbal & written)
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office Suite
    , Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation:


CTC Range:
₹10–17 LPA (Lead / Sr. Lead levels based on experience & capability).
