Job Description – Business Development Executive (Field Work)
Position: Business Development Executive
Work Type: 100% Field Work
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Educational Industry Experience Preferred)
Education: Graduate (Any Stream), MBA Preferred
Salary: Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentive
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Location: As per company requirement (Maharashtra)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
- Visit schools, colleges, and institutes for tie-ups and partnership opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Handle admission and registration processes, including counselling students/parents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients or admissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/target goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/records regularly.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and field campaigns as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Education industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Comfortable with continuous field work.
- Ability to manage seminars, presentations, and large student groups.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting).
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
