Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Package Manager located in Rajkot. The Travel Package Manager will be responsible for designing and organizing tailor-made tour packages, collaborating with travel agents and suppliers, managing bookings and customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of tours. The role also involves coordinating travel arrangements, handling tour logistics, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the travel experience for our clients. Additionally, the Travel Package Manager will be involved in market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the travel industry.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and organizing travel packages, including domestic and international tours
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and local cultures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and supplier negotiations
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
  • Problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during travel arrangements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Relevant degree or certification in travel and tourism, hospitality management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is a plus
