We specialize in domestic and international tour packages, including popular destinations like Bali, Kerala, Himachal, Dubai, and more. With a focus on customized travel planning, group tours, honeymoon packages, and pilgrimage tours, we deliver seamless travel experiences backed by excellent service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tourism Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international tour inquiries and design customized itineraries.
  • Advise clients on travel destinations, accommodation, transport, and activities.
  • Book and manage flights, hotels, sightseeing tours, visas, and travel insurance.
  • Promote holiday packages, honeymoon trips, family vacations, and group tours.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, hotels, and transport providers.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and new destinations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
  • Knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems, GDS, or online portals.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bookings.
  • Passion for travel and willingness to learn.
