Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Delhi, India. The National Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales activities, building relationships with prospective students and their families, and promoting Explore Abroad Edu's services. Daily responsibilities include understanding clients' needs, providing educational consultations, and advancing business development initiatives through proactive networking and meetings. The role also involves supporting sales operations, achieving target goals, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the admissions process.
Qualifications
- Proven Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in Business Development and client relationship management
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
