National Sales Manager – Construction Chemicals
Role Responsibilities :
You will be working as Business unit head for Sales of Construction Chemicals
Develop chain of distributors/dealers & Franchises Pan India
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets within the B2B and B2G infrastructure construction sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, Dealers, contractors.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, products, and trends in the infrastructure and construction chemicals industry.
Guide clients and internal teams.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations for clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, Cash flows for sales matrix,MIS reports, and market analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and improvements.
Identify and capture new business opportunities, market expansion possibilities, and partnerships.
Travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
Align sales activities with management to achieve desired business outcomes.
Candidate Profile
Strong technical understanding of construction chemicals, and waterproofing systems & Dealer Network for sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in preparing MIS, reports, and sales projections.
Flexible and willing to travel extensively.
Team building & team oriented mindset to foster collaboration and engagement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹250,000.00 per month
