About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
National Sales Manager (Consumable)
to lead the sales strategy and drive revenue growth for our new division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing sales through distributors, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships in the life sciences or scientific instruments industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
· Manage and expand the distributor network, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
· Identify new business opportunities and drive sales in both existing and new markets.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
· Track sales performance, prepare reports, forecasts, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth.
Qualification and Experience required:
·
Master's degree in Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
· years of sales experience in fast-moving life sciences consumables, laboratory equipment, and plasticware.
· Proven experience managing distributor networks and channel sales.
· Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
· Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
