Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Officer (General Trade) across multiple locations in Punjab to join our growing team at Bella Vita. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in personal care or perfume sales, with a strong understanding of the general trade (GT) channel. This role involves driving sales, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring product visibility across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
  • Ensure effective secondary sales and outlet coverage through regular market visits.
  • Implement trade marketing activities, merchandising standards, and visibility plans.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share actionable market insights.
  • Drive new product placements and ensure availability across GT outlets.
  • Coordinate with the distributor sales team for smooth order execution, stock movement, and collections.
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports and market feedback with the ASM/ZSM.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 25 years of sales experience in personal care, cosmetics, or perfume categories within General Trade.
  • Proven track record of handling distributors and retail channels.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Good command over local language and basic MS Excel/reporting skills.
