  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set goals, and manage sales plans for assigned territories to meet company objectives.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect new customers, generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals, and qualify them for the sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, provide ongoing support, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction and retain business.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts and packages to close deals effectively.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor offerings, and gather customer feedback to inform strategies and product improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance against targets and KPIs, analyze sales reports, and review performance with management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals and ensure client needs are met.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively advise and guide customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, appointments, and customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services, network, and stay informed about industry developments. Role & responsibilities
