1. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Development and maintaining relationships with modern trade clients( Supermarket, Hypermarkets and Retails Chains)
Taking regular follow up with key account to check perfomace and identifying future business growths
Act as the primary contact between company and client for smooth coordination between them
2. SALES GROWTHAchieving sales target by increasing market share and more product visibility
Identifying new opportunities for business
Making plans for sales forecasting and upcoming sales opportunities
Taking sales performance reports of clients and taking corrective action
3. STRETAGY PLANSAnalyse sales data of past year to make plan and forcast the demand
Taking insights of market trends and competitor activities for better action plan
Forecast sales and demand planning for key accounts and coordinate with supply and logistics team for better coordination
4. MERCHANDISINGPlan and execute in-store promotion to increase brand visibility and product sales
Ensure the shelf space and product placement in hyper market
5. Cross functionalWork closely with logistics and finance team to ensure smooth operation
6. ReportsProvide regular reports of key account performance and sales trends
Monitor and manage the accounts receivable,supply and logistics team for better coordination
