Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Azure Cloud Administrator with 2 years of experience to manage, monitor, and support our Azure cloud environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily cloud operations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor Azure resources (VMs, storage accounts, resource groups, virtual networks, etc.)

Implement and maintain Azure backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.

Ensure security compliance by managing role-based access (RBAC), Azure policies, and network security groups (NSGs).

Assist in deploying and configuring Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Monitor.

Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates of virtual machines and related infrastructure.

Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Troubleshoot system and network issues in the cloud environment.

Create and maintain documentation of system configurations and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platform and services.

Proficiency in managing Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.

Good understanding of Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Bicep.

Basic PowerShell scripting or Azure CLI experience for automation.

Knowledge of identity and access management in Azure.

Understanding of monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

Good to Have:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or equivalent certification.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

Exposure to hybrid environments with on-premises to cloud integrations.

Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
