Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering core M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender, MDM, and Entra ID (Azure AD). This role involves migration, security, compliance, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure a seamless collaboration and productivity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage identity and access through Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including Conditional Access, MFA, and role-based access.
  • Oversee Intune / MDM for device and application management across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 security policies, compliance rules, and threat protection.
  • Perform M365 migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, File shares to OneDrive/Teams).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to M365 applications and services.
  • Monitor service health, performance, and ensure high availability of M365 services.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT Security and Infrastructure teams for governance and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
  • Expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD) including Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.
  • Experience in Intune, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and application deployment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and security/compliance features in M365.
  • Good understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
  • Experience with M365 migrations and tenant-to-tenant migration scenarios is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
