Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator located in Ahmedabad. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems and networks, performing troubleshooting and technical support, and ensuring the proper functioning of information technology across the organization. Daily tasks include the installation and configuration of system hardware and software, monitoring system performance, and implementing security measures to protect data and systems.

Experience: 3 to 4 years,

Proven experience of working with IT Service.

Qualifications

  • System Administration and Network Administration skills
  • Experience with Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
  • Proficiency in Information Technology fundamentals and practices
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
