Job Description: Talent Acquisition Lead Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's recruitment efforts by managing a team of recruiters and coordinating the end -to -end talent acquisition process. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment practices to ensure the company attracts and hires top -notch talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Team Management:**    - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers to ensure the team's performance aligns with recruitment goals and targets.    - Provide guidance on effective sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate engagement.    - Monitor team performance, track key performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance. 2. **Full -Cycle Recruitment:**    - Manage and actively participate in the end -to -end recruitment process, including job requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.    - Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each position.    - Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. 3. **Sourcing Strategies:**    - Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.    - Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.    - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of sourcing methods. 4. **Employer Branding:**    - Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify the company's employer brand and employee value proposition.    - Craft compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment marketing materials that reflect the company's culture, mission, and opportunities. 5. **Data -Driven Insights:**    - Utilize recruitment analytics and reporting tools to generate insights on recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose data -driven solutions.    - Regularly present recruitment updates, progress reports, and insights to senior leadership. 6. **Collaboration and Partnerships:**    - Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and cross -functional teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.    - Collaborate with HR, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all recruitment processes adhere to relevant laws and regulations. 7. **Candidate Assessment and Selection:**    - Develop and implement effective assessment techniques, including interviews, technical tests, and behavioral assessments, to evaluate candidates' fit for roles.    - Ensure a consistent and fair candidate evaluation process while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience (X+ years) in a recruitment leadership or senior recruitment role. - Strong understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision -making and process improvement. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast -paced environment. - Leadership qualities, including mentoring, team building, and performance management. - Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
