DESMA International Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to lead and manage the finance and accounting functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire accounting function including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, payroll, and banking
  • Oversee and ensure timely preparation of financial statements, Financial Reports, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
  • Manage monthly closing processes and reconciliation of accounts
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and accounting procedures
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team members
  • Handle vendor and client payment cycles, invoicing, and cash flow management
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management decision-making
  • Support in cost control, fund management, and resource planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA Finance preferred)
  • CA Inter / CMA / M.Com preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial compliance
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational ability
