Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Trainee to support the Accounts Department with daily financial operations. The role offers hands-on experience in accounting procedures, documentation, and reporting within a resort environment. Preference will be given to male candidates from nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting tasks such as invoice processing, ledger maintenance, and filing
  • Support with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  • Help in the preparation of financial reports and audits
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry
  • Coordinate with other departments for billing and financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team
  • Preference for male candidates from Alappuzha or nearby areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
