Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll for 1000+ employees accurately and timely using payroll software/system
  • Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
  • Handle payroll inquiries from employees regarding paychecks, deductions, and other related matters.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in payroll audits and other related tasks as required.

Candiate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software/systems Greyt HR (or similar systems)and MS-Excel
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
