Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing compliance management and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing organizational processes, identifying potential risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to establish strategies for managing compliance risks. This position also requires effective communication with the team and relevant agencies, as well as creating and implementing guidelines to maintain high levels of operational integrity.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance to ensure adherence to legal and institutional standards.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify risks, evaluate data, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in Finance to understand and support compliance in financial processes and decisions.
  • Relevant experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks, preferably within the education or recruitment sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification in compliance is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
