Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance and Grievances Officer to join our team in an immigration consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization complies with legal standards, regulatory requirements, and handles client grievances effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance-related processes, investigating grievances, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to the highest ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Management:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with immigration laws, industry regulations, and organizational policies.
- Review, update, and implement internal procedures to maintain legal compliance.
- Prepare and submit reports for audits, regulatory bodies, and internal management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and regulations to ensure the organization's ongoing compliance.
- Grievance Management:
- Handle client complaints and grievances professionally and in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve issues by gathering all relevant information and working with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Maintain a detailed log of grievances and resolutions, ensuring that all cases are documented accurately.
- Provide recommendations to management on improving the client experience and preventing recurring issues.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding compliance-related questions and grievances.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal departments, addressing concerns with transparency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with clients.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is maintained in accordance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar compliance or grievances handling role, preferably within an immigration consultancy or legal advisory setting.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
