About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage human resources and office operations at our Chennai branch. The role requires excellent communication in English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a disciplined and tidy workplace.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage recruitment and onboarding of counselors, telecallers, and staff.


• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.


• Prepare and issue HR documents – offer letters, contracts, experience letters.


• Conduct induction, employee orientation, and maintain HR files.


• Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and professional environment.


• Support management in appraisals, performance tracking, and compliance.

Requirements


• Graduate in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related field.


• 1–3 years of HR or office administration experience.


• Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken & written).


• Professional, punctual, and well-organized.


• Ability to maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient office setup.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹16,000-22,000 month (based on experience)

6-day work week (Monday–Saturday)

Work from Chennai Office only
