Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Customer Engagement:Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to address their pain points.
  • Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations highlighting key features and benefits to persuade customers to purchase.
  • Relationship Building:Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Closing Deals:Negotiate pricing and terms, address customer concerns, and effectively close sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Reporting:Track sales activity, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and customer insights.
  • Market Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to effectively convey product value
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions
  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs and selling situations
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented approach

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar industry
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer base
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
